If you are an undocumented worker who recently lost your job, you may be eligible for cash unemployment assistance regardless of immigration status. The truth is, we all will likely experience unemployment at some point in our lives and everyone deserves financial support and security during this time.

The Benefit Recovery Fund is a program for workers without work authorization in Colorado who receive a W2 or pay stubs (that show taxes withheld from their paycheck) and who have lost their job through no fault of their own. Workers paid in cash, as contractors, or by checks do not qualify. If approved, you may be eligible for up to $781/week for thirteen weeks.
